The Track and Field Camp is an energetic, skill-building program for boys and girls ages 5-13, designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of track and field while enhancing their athletic abilities. Campers learn key skills in running, jumping, throwing, and relay techniques through age-appropriate drills and exercises. Experienced coaches provide individualized instruction to improve speed, strength, agility, and endurance. The camp emphasizes fitness, sportsmanship, and confidence, creating a supportive and motivating environment for athletes of all skill levels. Participants develop their track and field skills, improve their physical conditioning, and gain a love for the sport while learning teamwork and discipline.
